​Your electrolysis treatments are reserved especially for you. We value our clients and ask that you respect our scheduling policies.
 

To cancel or reschedule your appointment:

• Please text Sandra's cell 24/7 at 913-645-0455.

• OR if you have a login with Sandra's Vagaro booking software, you may manage your appointments online up to 24 hours before your appointment.​

• Kindly, refrain from cancelling appointments via email, as emails will not be seen in a timely manner.
   

As a courtesy, we will notify you via automated text/email your upcoming appointment three days prior to your appointment asking you to confirm that you plan to attend AND again 24 hours before your appointment. At the first notice you are asked to confirm back that you plan to keep this appointment. However, if we are unable to reach you please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and time to avoid late arrivals and missed appointments. If you believe you have an appointment and did not receive an reminder please reach out via call/text immediately.
 

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. Business meetings, project deadlines, car problems, snowstorms, and illness are just a few reasons why one might consider canceling an appointment. In our desire to be effective and fair to all of our clients and out of consideration for our time we have adopted the following policies:

• If you foresee a need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please inform us as soon as possible 24/7 via text since we do maintain a list of clients needing in.  We will reply back that we received your cancellation.

• Our longstanding policy is not to charge for short notice cancellations. However, please be aware that excessive short notice cancellations will be addressed on an individual basis and may result in dismissal from the practice.
